Syling help with Professional Green SEO Theme

Hello. I love that Theme.
To get a bit more depth to it i would like to add some shadows to the left and right side. But.... I have absolutly no clue how to do that. I read a lot about it, but all are doing it different and there is nothing for vbulletin.

So i would like to ask for help, if anyone could make me that code. The shadow pngs are not done yet, but thats not the big job.
I hope that someone is willing to help me. Thanks
