Bar Color?

hello every one im new here and im working on a style but i cant figure out how to change the color on the bar where the name of the forum is like this.

no nott the font i mean the bar it self as u can see it the pic one is blue and the other one is pink how to i do that?

yes i know that but how do i make it to have multiple colors like on the picture?

Click on the "tools" tab at the top of this page. Then click on "internet options". When the new options window opens, click on the "colors" tab and work away!. Good luck to ya!
